At School Plus, you'll support school-aged children (5-12 years) in our Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs, creating engaging experiences where children can play, learn and grow.

Based at Albanvale Primary School, you'll join a small, welcoming service where relationships come first. Our close-knit workplace gives educators the opportunity to truly get to know the children and families they support, creating meaningful connections and a strong sense of belonging. You'll play an important role in shaping children's experiences while working alongside a supportive team that values collaboration, growth and fun.

You'll also have opportunities to gain experience across other School Plus services when needed, helping you broaden your skills and grow your career within our organisation.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children
- Support engaging play-based experiences that encourage learning, creativity and fun
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Encourage children's confidence, independence and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with your team to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Uphold our commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Work split shifts across our Before and After School Care programs

Program Hours

Before School Care:7:00am - 8:45am

After School Care:3:15pm - 6:00pm

Vacation Care:7:00am - 6:00pm

You’ll Also Have, or Be Willing to Obtain

- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A Diploma or Certificatein School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis/Asthma qualifications
- Experience working with children in education, care, coaching, recreation or community settings (desirable)
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- A valid driver's license and reliable transport (highly desirable)
