Radio Taco is looking for an experienced Venue Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our busy fast‑casual restaurant in Chippendale.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise the front‑of‑house team during daily operations

Ensure smooth, efficient service and a consistently great customer experience

Manage staff performance, training and day‑to‑day team standards

Prepare and manage staff rosters in coordination with senior management

Oversee opening and closing procedures

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety

Monitor stock levels, ordering and general venue requirements

Assist senior management with labour costs, sales performance and other key venue metrics

Identify operational issues and work with senior management on improvements

Help build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture

About you





A hands‑on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team during busy services

Strong organisation and communication skills

Ability to take ownership of the venue and solve day‑to‑day problems independently

Good understanding of labour management, rostering and operational costs

High standards for customer service, cleanliness and team performance

Reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

Experience leading a team in a busy restaurant, QSR or rapid‑casual environment

Strong customer service and people‑management skills

Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends
