Ashimani Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager / General Manager to take full day-to-day control of an established fish & chip takeaway in Templestowe, VIC. This long-term leadership role offers autonomy and the chance to own operations once you are up to speed.

You will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead the team, manage rosters, recruit and train staff, control labour and food costs, ensure food quality, and handle customer service and stock management in a high-volume setting.
