Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Service Receptionist to join a vibrant and growing team in McGraths Hill. You will be joining our expanding team, supporting a busy workshop in all daily administrative tasks where required.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic professional to join our team in the delivery of effective administration across all activities associated with our vehicle servicing operations.

About The Role:

Working within a close-knit team this position is perfect for a person who is "Hands On" and takes ownership of their job.

The role requires a team player with flexibility and experience to perform a wide range of administration tasks.

This is a Monday to Friday role only - no weekend work will be required

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests to the service department, creating a positive and professional first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to service enquiries with confidence and care
- Accurately record customer details, vehicle information, and service requests




- Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate service updates, timelines, and additional work clearly to customers
- Customer follow up
- Maintain daily repair order filing
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
