This role exists to grow how Signorino and Woodcut are represented in the design community, getting products specified into projects before they reach market and defended through to tender.

You will be the person architects and designers call when a decision matters, working across residential and commercial projects with real ownership of your own pipeline.

The Role

You own the relationships and the pipeline that keep our products specified and in the job.

- Build relationships with architects, designers and D&C; firms
- Run studio visits, lunch-and-learns and client presentations
- Prepare quotes and defend specifications through to a closed sale
- Manage samples and product recommendations through to a decision
- Keep your CRM current so your pipeline tells its own story
- Represent Signorino and Woodcut at A&D; industry events

Who We're Looking For

You take pride in knowing your product properly and you follow through on what you say you'll do.

- A track record of success in a sales or client-facing role




- Naturally curious about product and building materials
- Comfortable using a CRM as a genuine working tool
- Confident presenting to architects, designers and D&C; firms
- Commercially sharp on margin, pricing and pipeline

And the non-negotiables, you say what is actually happening rather than what is easiest to hear, you own your mistakes before anyone has to ask, and you keep filling your pipeline even when things look comfortable.
