Behind every smooth-running office is someone making sure the details are taken care of. As our Office Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our fantastic headquarters in Sydney CBD and play a key role in creating a warm, connected and functional workplace. From coordinating Tuesday lunches and Thursday social events to managing office supplies, facilities, workplace health and safety, and office events, you'll bring structure, energy and care to the Brighte employee experience. This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who takes pride in the details, loves staying organised and is always one step ahead. You'll be part of the People & Performance team, helping create meaningful workplace experiences and ensuring our office reflects Brighte's values. Whether you're supporting onboarding, coordinating facilities or bringing people together through events, you'll play an key role in making Brighte a place where people genuinely want to be.
