Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to join a high-performing team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services across a large workforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

- Working a friendly and supportive team of 5




- Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business, efficiently managing employees’ queries
- Maintain integrity of payroll data and conduct robust audit processes
- Interpret complex awards and enterprise agreement provisions
- Processing of new starter and terminations
- Responding to any payroll queries
- Assisting with end of month / end of year activities

Ideal Candidate

- Customer service focused
- Solid attention to detail
- Experience in a complex and fast-paced business (2000 + employees)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
- Experience in Dayforce System (Must have)
