You will conduct culturally appropriate assessments, provide treatment, and manage cases with a holistic approach in a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires travel across Caboolture, Morayfield, Strathpine, Deception Bay and Margate, contributing to wrap-around care and early intervention within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
