About the Team

Our CIO Leidos Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring employees have reliable access to company IT systems and infrastructure. We deliver responsive, high-quality support across desktop, network, and application services, enabling our teams to work securely and efficiently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The Opportunity
As part of the End User Services team, you will support a diverse and dynamic IT environment, working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain operational readiness.
- Provide hands-on technical support across desktop, laptop, printer, telephony, video conferencing,
and network services, helping our workforce remain productive and connected.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and broader IT teams to deliver seamless end-to-end support and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and customer outcomes.
- Assist with testing and deployment activities, including operating system upgrades, new hardware, peripherals, and workstation models, while documenting solutions and sharing knowledge across the team.
About You
You are a customer-focused IT qualified who enjoys solving technical problems and working in a collaborative setting. You bring a practical approach to support, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to a diverse range of users.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments, including troubleshooting desktop, network, and domain-related issues.
- Capability in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across a range of end-user technologies.
- Experience with client device deployment, configuration, and support in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Well-developed communication and documentation skills, with the ability to capture solutions and share knowledge with others.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance .
Advantageous Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar endpoint management technologies.
- Knowledge of IT service management practices, with ITIL certification or equivalent experience highly regarded.
- Exposure to engineering, defence, or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, including familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled workplace tools.
- Microsoft certifications or other relevant industry qualifications.
