Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in Supervisor role in warehousing and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
- Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
- History of compliance with safety regulations and hazard management in a warehouse setting
- Forklift Licence essential

Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily Hire Warehouse activities, including cleaning, receipt, putaway, maintenance, quality assurance, test & tag and dispatch.
- Coordinate workload and team activities to meet customer delivery requirements.




- Manage hire orders and associated administration.
- Maintain effective inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Ensure equipment is dispatched on time, in full and to required quality/specification.
- Maintain safe work practices and compliance with warehouse and safety procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Outbound Manager.
