Perigon Group, a privately owned property investment group in Brisbane, is seeking a Property Accountant to join the finance team. You will own accounting and reporting for a portfolio of retail properties, with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, budgets, forecasts and tenant outgoings.
You will work closely with a Senior Property Accountant, contributing to system improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Property and Leasing Managers across the asset lifecycle.
