About the Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key part in the coordination, planning and scheduling of daily project activities across our civil construction projects. You'll bring your engineering experience to a supportive, hands-on team, working closely with the Project Management team and getting real ownership across project delivery, administration and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting Project Managers with the planning, coordination and delivery of civil construction projects
- Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and month-end reporting
- Maintaining project documentation, registers, day diaries and contract administration records
- Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- Preparing and processing variations, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, invoices and progress claims
- Contributing to safety, quality, environmental and compliance requirements, keeping project documentation up to date
- Providing project and administrative support across the business, with ongoing training and professional development





Civil Project Engineer

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
- Proven experience in a civil construction or infrastructure project environment
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid planning, organising and problem-solving ability, with confidence reading and interpreting plans
- Working knowledge of OHS, Quality and Environmental systems
- Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Project (experience with IFS software is a plus)
