SMEC in Timor-Leste is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer - Site Supervisor to join our highway road construction project. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate traffic engineering activities on site, ensuring best practices and adherence to the approved designs and standards.

You will manage traffic control measures, temporary arrangements and road safety systems, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to minimise disruption while maintaining safety and quality on site.
