lululemon is seeking a Senior Engagement Specialist on a contract until Nov 2027 to lead internal communications for the Melbourne Distribution Centre. You will own engagement, editorial planning for the flex newsletter, and bi-monthly Town Halls across China/APAC with a global perspective.

Key duties include supporting senior leaders with strategic comms, developing content, messages from metrics, and shaping the annual engagement strategy while collaborating with the broader Global Fulfillment
