ADMIN OFFICER / INTERNAL SALES PROCESSING

OFFICE BASED ROLE WITHIN A FUN TEAM

Located in Seven Hills is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with admin and customer service experience.

THE ROLE:

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

- Following up customer queries regarding stock availability, pricing and order ETA’s
- Working closely with the warehouse staff to coordinate orders and create consignment notes.
- Assisting with stock purchasing & inventory planning.
- Helping maintain pricing structures & supplier costing information.

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

- Experience within a similar role – you may have been in a similar sales support role which was a mix of admin, order processing and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills – you will be chatting to customers daily and will often be seen as the go to person. It’s essential you have fantastic communication skills.




- Solid admin skills – you enjoy supporting a sales team keeping the admin up to date and have excellent attention to detail.
- A great attitude and work ethic – This team loves to have fun but also works hard to achieve their goals.
