Eremea is seeking a Clinical Care Partner / Registered Nurse for its Support at Home program in Sydney. Based in Ashfield, you will lead clinical guidance for Care Partners in complex cases and ensure safe, person-centered home-based care for older Australians.

Ideal candidates are EN/RN with at least 3 years in community or aged care, have solid governance knowledge, and possess current checks including Police/NDIS and COVID-19 vaccination.
