About the Podiatry Coordinator role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced podiatrist to step into a leadership role and further develop their coordination and people skills. The role provides an opportunity to lead and support a collaborative Podiatry team, contribute to service development and quality improvement, and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across a range of community health funding programs.

Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, this is a fixed-term part time role (0.8FTE) providing parental leave coverage through to 31 December 2027.Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

- Lead the podiatry discipline, ensuring safe, high-quality, and client-centred care
- Drive operational excellence, managing systems, processes, and service delivery
- Oversee workforce management, recruitment, and staff development
- Maintain a 0.3 FTE caseload while supporting team goals and service integration
- Champion continuous learning, quality improvement, innovation, and compliance with clinical and organisational standards

To succeed in this role you will have:

- A relevant degree in podiatry and AHPRA registration
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- A minimum of five years’ experience practising as a podiatrist
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets, resources,



and operations
- The ability to plan, motivate, and monitor staff performance effectively
