APC is looking for an organised, people-focused Sales Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our APC Advantage members and our distributor network. You'll make sure our APC Advantage members are informed, supported and set up for success, as well as keeping our distributors connected to everything happening at APC. Key responsibilities

- Manage and support APC Advantage members from application stage through to reaching the prestigious Partner level
- Educate customers on how APC Advantage works and what the benefits and advantages are at Gold, Platinum and Partner levels
- Keep APC Advantage members abreast of new products before they are launched to the public
- Issue APC Advantage membership benefits to members
- Review and report on membership status every quarter
- Act as the central liaison between APC and our distributors, maintaining regular, proactive communication to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Keep distributors informed of new product launches, promotions, marketing initiatives, training opportunities and other APC updates
- Ensure distributors receive and understand important information from APC
- Identify opportunities to strengthen distributor engagement and support business growth through APC products, services and programs
- Support the Trade Sales Manager with Sales Administration for other APC programs and endeavours as requested





About you

- Attention to Detail: Keep records, data and correspondence accurate and complete, and pick up on errors or inconsistencies before they become problems
- Customer Service Focus: Communicate with applicators in a friendly, clear and professional manner
- Understanding of Sales: Know how to warmly sell the advantages of partnering with APC without being salesy
- Systems Proficiency: Confidently use Odoo Helpdesk, Contacts and Surveys, Microsoft Excel and AI tools to manage records and workflows
- Process Discipline: Follow documented APC processes step by step, and recognise when a situation falls outside the standard process
- Sound Judgement: Know when to escalation an application to a Site Manager, Technical Consultant or Sales with transparent supporting information
- Organisation and Time Management: Manage a steady flow of applications, follow-ups and scheduled checks without letting tasks fall behind
- Written Communication: Write clear, concise log notes and emails that give colleagues and customers the information they need
