The Opportunity
Provide frontline administrative and registry support within a justice-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to assist clients, support tribunal operations and contribute to accurate case management and service delivery.
What You'll Do
• Provide information and assistance to clients face to face, by phone and in writing.
• Prepare matters for hearings, including documentation, notifications and arrangements.
• Deliver administrative and clerical support including document preparation and distribution.
• Prepare routine correspondence in line with required protocols and standards.
• Maintain case management records, files and information systems accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams and escalate complex matters when required.

Role Details
• Location: John Maddison Tower, 86-90 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Working arrangement: Monday-Friday onsite.
• Contract duration: Until 18/12/2026.
• Hours: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week.
