At Sunbury & Gisborne Physiotherapy, you’ll step into an established caseload, join a team of ten physiotherapists and have access to structured development, excellent facilities and support to pursue your clinical interests.

This opportunity is particularly suited to a physiotherapist with around 2-8 years' experience who enjoys a busy clinical week, takes pride in helping patients achieve their goals and wants their contribution reflected in their earnings.

An established caseload and strong earning potential

With more than 40 years serving our community, we have strong patient demand and longstanding referral relationships. You’ll inherit an existing caseload, giving you a foundation to earn well while building relationships with your patients.

For a 38-hour working week, we offer:

- A guaranteed annual package of approximately $103,000, including super.

- Performance bonuses calculated and paid weekly.

- Total earning potential of $140,000-$150,000 including super, with scope to earn more. Our current full-time physiotherapists consistently exceed this range. Individual earnings depend on hours worked and performance.

Development that can shape your career

Your development is supported by a regular learning programme, substantial external PD funding and experienced colleagues with a broad range of clinical expertise.

Our development programme includes:

- $5,000 annual employer PD funding - your first $2,000 of external PD fully covered, followed by dollar-for-dollar matched funding up to a further $3,000 from us.

- Weekly development sessions tailored to your goals.

- Fortnightly team in-services,



including practical learning and expert external presenters.

- Individual career planning and regular progress conversations.

- Access to online learning platforms

You’ll work alongside ten physiotherapists with expertise and postgraduate qualifications across:

- Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

- Pelvic Health.

- Hand Therapy and Splint Fabrication.

- Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion

- Headache, Migraine and TMJ.

- Aquatic Physiotherapy.

- Clinical Pilates and Strength and Conditioning.

We've helped physiotherapists become highly regarded local clinicians in pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, migraine, concussion and hand therapy—often starting with little or no experience in their chosen area.

The support, facilities and flexibility to do your best work

- A highly capable Client Service Team - providing substantial administrative and patient-service support so you can focus on clinical care. Our team takes pride in making patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their treatment.

- Purpose-built modern clinic with a large gym - giving you the space and equipment to help patients progress towards their activity and performance goals.





- Flexible roster options -including a four-day week or nine-day fortnight for full-time clinicians, with reduced hours also considered. We’ll discuss a roster that accommodates your family, sport and other commitments while meeting patient needs. Some evening availability is required.

- A varied, predominantly private-paying caseload, with low proportions of WorkCover, TAC and Medicare-funded consultations.

- Variety beyond individual consultations - opportunities to lead aquatic physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and small-group strength and conditioning sessions through our well-established group programme, according to your interests.

- On-site multidisciplinary services - including a Sports & Exercise Physician, Podiatrist and Orthopaedic Surgeon.

- Primarily based at Sunbury - with approximately one session per week at our Gisborne clinic.
