We are excited to announce an opening for ahighly experienced Strategic Key Accounts Manager at our vibrant Melbourne office! Located conveniently at Melbourne Airport, we embrace flexible working models that allow you to balance your professional and personal life seamlessly.

Your purpose:

- Main contact for key accounts assigned
- Co-ordinate required customer reporting for customer review meetings
- Monitor customer requirements and KPI's
- Prepare and present business reviews
- Respond to customer queries
- Construct account plans for key accounts
- Continuously analyse the supply chain to identify new development opportunities
- Ensure current accounts are implemented within the timeframes specified in implementation plan
- Assist Management team members as required on other implementation and pre/post implementation projects




- Monitor and report monthly client performance against budget and action plans
- Develop strategic initiatives for client profitability
- Develop lean initiatives to heighten the customer experience

You'll bring:

- Proven financial knowledge and experience
- Project and people management skills
- Cargo wise experience - highly regarded
- 10 years+ of Supply Chain operational and customer solutions knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion, initiative, and drive to continuously develop and service clients with creativity and innovation
- Knowledge of the Australia business, freight forwarding and logistics market
