CHANDLER PERSONNEL is a Melbourne-based staffing and recruitment business connecting employers with job-ready blue-collar talent across warehousing, manufacturing, food production, trades and services.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The role combines end-to-end recruitment, labour-hire coordination and business development.

The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially minded and confident building robust relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent positions, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and placement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their ongoing workforce requirements.

- Conduct regular client visits and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

- Proactively contact prospective clients, follow up leads and develop new labour-hire and recruitment opportunities.





- Manage day-to-day labour-hire requirements including rosters, attendance, replacements and client queries.

- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS and ensure recruitment compliance requirements are met.

- Work closely with the internal team to achieve recruitment, service and business development targets.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within labour hire or blue-collar recruitment.

- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.

- Strong client relationship and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment compliance and onboarding requirements.

- Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
