The People & Culture Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function, providing coordination and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience — from onboarding, administration to engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.



The successful candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and discreet, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building great workplaces.

Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, or administrative coordination role; experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment standards and HR best practices. Canadian and US experience considered an asset.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sound judgement.
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in people, culture, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
