Our client is a mid-sized, reputable public practice located in the CBD, looking after a varied client group across Melbourne and nationally. They're growing steadily and want an Intermediate Accountant ready to step up.

About the Role

- Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
- Preparing BAS, IAS and other compliance work
- Assisting with tax planning and business advisory
- Building strong relationships with your clients
- Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other relevant parties
- Working with managers on complex jobs and learning from them

About You

- 3+ years' Australian public practice experience in tax and business services
- CA or CPA completed or in progress
- Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation




- Experience with practice software such as XPM and Xero
- Solid attention to detail and able to manage deadlines
- Confident communicating with clients
