FOH SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT VENUE MANAGER - BAR CHRISTINA

Bar Christina is looking for an experienced hospitality person to join our small team in a FOH Supervisor / Assistant Venue Manager role.

We’re a neighbourhood wine bar in Kew East, serving great food, an extensive wine list, signature cocktails and plenty of aperitivo — with a big courtyard and a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has solid hospitality experience
- Has previous supervisory or management experience
- Is confident running a busy floor and leading a shift
- Has strong customer service skills and actually enjoys looking after people
- Can work across floor and bar
- Has wine and cocktail knowledge
- Brings positive energy and a robust work ethic
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility

We’re a small team, so we want someone who is happy to get involved, lead from the front and help create a great experience for our customers.
