Digital Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation & Copywriting)

Plan, launch and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta (primary) and Google. Manage campaigns end-to-end, from idea to execution, testing and reporting. Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, emails and nurture sequences. Build and improve ad funnels that move leads from click → opt-in → conversion. Test hooks, audiences, offers and messaging to improve performance. Analyse campaign results and clearly explain what's working and why.

About you

- 3+ years experience in digital advertising and lead generation
- Strong experience with Meta Ads (Google highly regarded)
- Proven ability to build and optimise lead generation funnels
- Robust copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
- Understanding of the buyer journey and how messaging changes at each stage
- Confident working with data, metrics and performance insights
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and output
- Self-starter who can take campaigns from idea → launch → optimisation
