Customer Relationship Coordinator - New Home Builder

Our client is one of Australia's leading home builders, with an enviable reputation for quality across its offerings of high-end custom home builds, house & land project homes and large developments.

We are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to add to their successful team of professionals, based in their Brisbane south-side office. This role focuses on customer service for their clients, guiding them through the build process, from the start of construction though to the hand over of their recent home.

You will be the point of contact for clients, providing scheduled updates, administration for customers projects, liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, have the ability to build & maintain relationships, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise.

Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a residential builder in a similar position, have a strong customer focused approach and have superior communication skills.
