You will be selling premium spas and swim spas to qualified prospects and inbound enquiries. Working from your home office, you'll guide customers through the purchasing process, helping them choose the right spa or swim spa solution for their lifestyle and budget.

Key responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Present and sell our range of spas and swim spas
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-up activity
- Consistently close sales and achieve performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer records using Pipedrive CRM
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

About you

- Proven experience in telephone sales




- Demonstrated success selling high-value consumer products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Comfortable working independently from a home office
- Experience using Pipedrive CRM is highly regarded
- Professional phone manner and excellent follow-up skills
