Our client is a well-established Auto body manufacturer and leader in Aftersales service across Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and South Australia.

- $110K base + Super + Overtime (Penalty Rate Applied)

Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop operations
- Lead a small team of 5 - 10 team members
- Lead and support workshop staff
- Schedule jobs and allocate resources
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates




- Monitor workshop performance, costs, quality and safety
- Ensure deadlines and productivity targets are achieved
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Your Profile

- 5+ years of previous leadership experience in a workshop, manufacturing, automotive, service or repair environment
- Trade qualifications in mechanical, electrical, and body building repairs
- Strong work ethics
- Experience with scheduling, quoting and workshop operations
- Solid focus on safety, quality and customer service

This position also requires the applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol analysis, musculoskeletal evaluation and hearing test
