Department of Transport and Planning is seeking a Principal Lawyer, Public Private Partnerships, to provide expert, commercially-focused legal advice on major infrastructure and PPP projects across Victoria. You will work with legal, commercial, technical and external stakeholders to support value-for-money outcomes.

The role covers contract management, construction, land, IT and disputes, drafting and reviewing key documents, and advising on strategic objectives.
