Hertz is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple locations. You will own governance, taxation, superannuation and audit readiness while mentoring a small payroll team.

This role reports to the Senior Director, HR and drives system upgrades and analytics to support business needs. We value experience in a high-volume workplace, strong knowledge of relevant Awards, and excellent stakeholder management.
