Ingenia Communities Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Community Manager for Seachange Emerald Lakes to lead day-to-day operations, create a welcoming resident experience, and drive customer-focused service.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage occupancy, presentation standards, engagement, budgeting and P&L; outcomes, while mentoring a team of staff and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
