Trax is seeking a Product Specialist to support our aviation customers in the Sydney region. The role focuses on learning Trax products, developing documentation, delivering training, and resolving technical and software issues while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work closely with Programming, QA, Technical Writing and IT teams to bridge customer needs with product development, ensuring smooth implementations and satisfying support for airline customers.
