Local Personalised Services is growing and we're looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team making a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants across Fraser Coast, Gin Gin, North Burnett and Bundaberg.

Your responsibilities include:

- Providing person-centred support based on individual NDIS goals and support plans
- Assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice
- Supporting community participation through social and recreational activities
- Building positive relationships with participants, their families and support networks
- Implementing behaviour support strategies where required
- Maintaining accurate documentation to ensure quality care and compliance

We're looking for someone who is:

- Compassionate, patient and committed to person-centred care
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team




- Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others

Essential requirements:

- Previous disability support experience is highly regarded
- Knowledge of the NDIS is desirable
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent preferred but not essential
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Yellow Card
- Current Working with Children Check Blue Card
