Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a Demi Chef to join our culinary team in a full time capacity. Working alongside the Chef de Partie, you will assist with daily operational aspects of the kitchen from buffet breakfast to Pumphouse Bar, restaurant, in-room dining and function services.
You will practice high standards of food safety, recipe execution, portion control and stock rotation while developing your culinary skills in a busy Accor property in Sydney.
