Barwon Health's Intensive Care Nursing Discovery Program offers a 6-month temporary part-time placement commencing January 2027. It provides hands-on ICU experience, supervised shifts, and dedicated ICU education support within a regional tertiary service.

The role focuses on consumer-centred, evidence-based care for critically ill adults. Applicants are registered nurses with at least 12 months of acute nursing experience, eager to learn and develop in a team-oriented ICU team within Barwon
