About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Assistant to join our Zeekr dealership team. This role is responsible for delivering a premium handover experience to customers, ensuring each vehicle delivery is smooth, informative and aligned with the brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Working days are Wednesday - Sunday

Coordinate and conduct vehicle handovers with customers ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience

Provide detailed walkthroughs of vehicle features, technology and functionality





Ensure all delivery documentation is accurately completed, signed and processed

Verify customer details and compliance requirements prior to handover

Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet presentation and quality standards

Liaise with sales, service and administration teams to ensure readiness of vehicles and paperwork

Address customer questions and provide post-delivery support where required

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and completed documentation

Skills & Experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance

Ability to explain technical features in a clear and engaging way

Well-organised with robust time management skills

Previous experience in automotive, retail,or customer-facing roles is preferred

Full valid drivers license
