We’re looking for an established leader who has experience managing a QSR or high-volume fast-paced restaurant and knows what it takes to build strong teams, deliver operational excellence and achieve great business results.

How you’ll make a difference

As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall performance of your restaurant, with a strong focus on people leadership, operational excellence, customer experience and commercial performance.

You’ll lead from the front, developing and coaching your management team, creating a culture people want to be part of and delivering sustainable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing management and restaurant team
- Build a strong, values-driven culture focused on people, safety, quality and customer experience
- Take ownership of restaurant sales, profitability and key performance metrics




- Drive operational excellence and consistently deliver KFC brand standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and employment requirements
- Recruit, retain and develop excellent people while building a strong internal talent pipeline
- Identify and develop future leaders within the business
- Create an environment where team members feel supported, engaged and motivated to perform at their best

About You

You’re an experienced, hands‑on restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, taking ownership of results and building high‑performing teams.

You’ll bring:

- Previous management experience within QSR, fast food or a high-volume restaurant setting
- Demonstrated experience leading a restaurant and management team
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capability
- Commercial acumen and confidence managing sales, labour, costs and other key performance metrics
- A strong understanding of operational, food safety and workplace safety standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
