Full time experienced accounts receivable officer - credit control role working Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.
Key responsibilities
- Reconciling customer accounts and processing credit notes
- Petty cash supervision, allocation and reconciliation
- Debt collection
- Handling account queries from internal and external sources
- Processing recent account applications
- Setting credit limits, onboarding and analysis
- Maintain customer accounts and information on debtors ledger
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
- Assist the financial team as necessary in the month end process and reporting
About you
- Experienced in accounts receivable
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to speak Vietnamese or Mandarin/Cantonese language preferred for new applicants
