Catherine House is seeking a Senior Case Worker for the Mental Health Programs to lead case management and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will oversee client referrals, supervise a team of Community Service Workers, and drive service quality and safety aligned to policy and legislation.

You will support clients navigating the NDIS/NDIS portal access, uphold child-protected and anti-discrimination commitments, and participate in continuous improvement while modelling strong values.
