You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of current business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
- Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
- Manage day to day compliance requirements.

You’ll bring to this role:

- Business banking and relationship management experience.




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances.
- Robust risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
- Resilience and adaptability to an ever-evolving industry.
- A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial judgement.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
