Temporary Marketing Communications Coordinator

Office-based temporary contract

We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who can write sharp, audience-focused copy and keep digital campaigns moving. This hands-on role combines copywriting, email marketing, HubSpot administration and day-to-day coordination of marketing requests.

What you’ll do

- Write, edit and proofread EDMs, website content, sales materials and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate email campaigns in HubSpot, from audience segmentation and setup through testing, scheduling and reporting.
- Create and maintain email templates, forms, landing pages, workflows and contact records.
- Monitor the shared Marketing inbox, prioritise requests and follow actions through to completion.
- Work with internal stakeholders, designers and suppliers to gather content, manage reviews and secure approvals.
- Keep marketing materials accurate, on brand and aligned with privacy and consent requirements.
- Support other campaign and marketing activities as needed.

What you’ll bring





- Experience managing CRM contact data, segmentation, campaigns and reporting.
- Proven EDM coordination skills and a sound understanding of email marketing practices.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, including the ability to make technical information explicit and engaging.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail across competing requests and deadlines.
- Confidence working with stakeholders and managing feedback and approvals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Availability to work from the office for the duration of the contract.

Experience with HubSpot is highly regarded. Copywriting for B2B, technical, manufacturing, electrical or construction audiences would also be an advantage.
