Nike Australia is seeking a commercially minded Labor Specialist to optimize labor planning, scheduling systems and payroll performance across Nike stores in Australia and Recent Zealand.

You will partner with Store Leadership, Finance and HR to translate data into actionable recommendations, lead continuous improvement, and own day-to-day governance of workforce management tools such as Legion and related systems. Travel to observe stores across the region will be required.
