Pharmacy Assistant – Full time or Part-Time - Flagstone

Watsons Chemists Flagstone is transitioning to the Discount Drug Stores (DDS) brand in October, including a new store fit out. As part of this exciting change, we are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our Flagstone team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and would like to be part of a community-focused pharmacy as we move into our new DDS chapter.

Our Pharmacy Assistants

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an important first point of contact for our customers and help create a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Assisting customers with pharmacy and retail products
- Providing appropriate over-the-counter product advice within your training and scope
- Processing sales and maintaining accurate transactions
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays
- Supporting the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day store activities





Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Is reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can confidently manage a varied workload in a busy retail environment
- Takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-presented pharmacy

Previous community pharmacy or pharmacy retail experience will be highly regarded.
