The Next Step is seeking an experienced HR Lead to own and mature the HR function across our national, multi-site business. Based in the Logan/Brisbane south corridor, you will shape strategy and lead a small HR team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with senior leaders on people priorities, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and strengthen performance, compliance and governance to support a high-performing culture.
