We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join a South Australian State Government Agency. This role will provide high-level HR support and strategic guidance across the Department, delivering best practice, legislative compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert HR consultancy across the Department, ensuring best practice, legislative compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead investigations into complex HR matters, including grievances, internal and external reviews, and classification assessments, delivering well-researched reports and recommendations.
- Manage HR projects, including restructures, change management initiatives, and policy implementation.
- Support high-level recruitment and selection processes, particularly for senior management and executive roles.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support HR team members, fostering capability, collaboration,



and a high-performing culture.

You will bring:

- Extensive experience in HR advisory roles, including interpretation and application of legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
- Ideally have experience of working in a State Government Department within a HR role previously
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including leading HR initiatives and change activities.
- Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced workplace.
