**Wall and Floor Tiler – Full Time**Splash Pool & Spa Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.We specialise in swimming pool renovations and resurfacing throughout Sydney, including full mosaic tiling, waterline tiles, coping and paving renovations, fibreglass resurfacing and complete pool surface upgrades.We are looking for a skilled tiler with strong attention to detail and experience delivering high-quality finishes. Previous experience in swimming pool tiling, mosaics, coping and paving will be highly regarded.**Key Responsibilities:*** Examine plans, measure surfaces and determine tile layouts* Prepare wall and floor surfaces for tiling* Remove existing tiles and prepare surfaces where required* Cut, shape and fit tiles around edges, corners, pipes, fittings and other structures* Lay ceramic, porcelain, stone, glass and mosaic tiles* Install full mosaic pool tiling and waterline tiles* Carry out coping and paving installation and renovation around swimming pools and outdoor areas* Apply adhesives and position tiles accurately* Ensure tiles are correctly aligned,



evenly spaced and finished to a high standard* Apply grout and complete professional finishing of tiled surfaces* Undertake waterproofing and surface preparation where required* Repair and replace damaged tiles, coping and paved areas* Maintain clean and secure work areas and comply with workplace health and safety requirements* Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard**Requirements:*** Relevant qualification in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent* At least one year of previous professional experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler* Experience with swimming pool tiling, mosaic tiles, waterline tiles, coping and paving highly regarded* Strong knowledge of surface preparation, adhesives, waterproofing and grouting* Ability to accurately measure, cut and install different types of tiles* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* White Card* Current Australian driver's licence preferred* Relevant NSW trade licence where required**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent**Salary:** $80,000 – $90,000 + superannuation per year**Location:** Sydney, NSW**Employer:** Splash Pool & Spa Australia Pty LtdWork Location: In person
