Enviroflex Insulation is looking for experienced, EEC Certified Insulation Installers to join our team in permanent full-time positions.

We specialise in retrofit ceiling and underfloor insulation in existing residential homes across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking installers who take pride in their workmanship and can work efficiently as part of a team.

The position involves:

- Installing ceiling and underfloor insulation in existing residential properties.
- Working safely and efficiently in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

- Current EEC Certified Insulation Installer (CII) certification – ESSENTIAL.
- Previous experience installing ceiling and/or underfloor insulation.
- Current driver's licence.
- White Card.




- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding environments.

Please note: Applicants who do not currently hold EEC CII certification will not be considered.
