About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Generalist to join our HR team. The role gives broad HR support across the employee lifecycle while actively embracing and contributing to the integration of AI-powered tools and technologies that are shaping the future of HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to implement and support programs, policies and initiatives
- Build credible and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective employee communications and relations
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure people business metrics are quantified and outcome driven
- Conduct research and analyse data on assigned projects




- Own and assist HR Business Partners with the delivery of Performance Improvement Processes
- Advise employees on people-related queries in partnership with HR Operations and Total Rewards
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures and support their ongoing development
- Assist with employee off-boarding process including Workday workflow, communication and exit surveys/interviews and separation agreements
- Utilise AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

What You'll Need

- Extremely organised and thrive in an environment that is mission-driven, results oriented and team spirited
- Ability collaborate on various projects from conception to completion and work under pressure with discretion
- Min. 3+ years experience in an HR Operational role, comparable industry/organisation
- Knowledge of employment laws across various JAPAC countries would also be advantageous
- Experience working within a global business is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to perform well in a quick-paced environment and be an effective problem solver
- Self-motivated and willing to identify opportunities to innovate
- Enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes and employee support
- Strong result and goal orientation
- Good judgement,



maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Bonus Points

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field desirable
- Experience using Workday highly desirable
- Experience working in technical/services organisations desirable
