Community Disability Support Worker - Complex Program (Mornington)

The Disability Support worker primarily supports Absolutes NDIS Participants to achieve their goals as set out within their NDIS plan. This also includes the provision of personal care, companion care, and community access.

We are currently recruiting for x2 DSW Community Support staff to provide in-home care services for a client in Mornington

Monday 6.30pm-8.30pm

- Tuesday 3:30pm-11:30pm
- Thursday 7:45am-3:45pm

Saturday 5.30-8.30pm

Active overnight 11.15pm-9.15am (One day during the week)





- Community access (Via client's van)
- Personal Care (Training provided)
- Medication (Training provided)
- Ped Feeding
- Assisting with housekeeping or other daily errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support

Essential for the role:

- Certificate 4 in Disability (DSW)
- 2 years expereince
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Current National Police Check
- Employee Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check
- Full Australian Drivers License
